Catalog and release library
Find, inspect, edit, and follow any SpaceMedia release, and understand why some controls lock after delivery.
Catalog holds every release you have created, at any stage from draft to live.
Finding a release
Search by release title or artist, and use the status to narrow it down. If a release seems missing, check that the right artist profile is active in your account before assuming it was lost. See Artist profiles.
Inside a release
The release page can show the preview, release information, tracks, Licences, distribution, and any Changes Needed messages. What you can edit depends on the release state.
Why controls lock
A control that was editable yesterday can be locked today. That is deliberate, not a fault.
Once a release is submitted, editing it mid-review would invalidate the review. Once it is delivered, the metadata is already at the stores, so a change has to be a controlled update and redelivery rather than a quiet edit. Stores apply those on their own schedule.
The practical consequence: get it right before submitting. See Validation and review.
Common questions
I need to fix a typo in a live release. Some fields can still be corrected and redelivered, others cannot. Open the release and see what is editable; if the field is locked, raise it through support with the release title and UPC.
Can I delete a draft? Drafts can be removed. A delivered release is taken down rather than deleted, because it exists at stores. See Rights and takedowns.
Where do I see delivery progress? On the release, and in Delivery status.
