Contact SpaceMedia
Find the right SpaceMedia support route for your account, and what information to include so your question can be answered first time.
This help center does not create a ticket. Pick the route that matches how you use SpaceMedia, because each one reaches a different team with a different view of your account.
I distribute my own music
Use the SpaceMedia artist contact flow. Sign in first if the question touches a private account, release, track, royalty, billing, or payout record. An unauthenticated message cannot be answered with account details.
I operate a label or distribution platform
Sign in to SpaceMedia Enterprise tickets. This keeps the request inside your organization and permission context, which is what lets support see the records you are asking about.
I am integrating the API, webhooks, SSO, or DDEX
Check docs.spacemedia.uk first, then raise it through Enterprise tickets.
Include the operation, the environment, a UTC timestamp, the public request or event reference, the HTTP status, and the sanitized error body. Without those an integration issue cannot be traced.
I use a platform built on SpaceMedia
If you signed up somewhere that is not spacemedia.uk, your account belongs to that organization, not to SpaceMedia directly. Use the help center, support email, or contact form that organization shows you. SpaceMedia's help center cannot access their customer records, and their administrator is the one who can escalate to us.
I have a sales or pre-account question
Use the public SpaceMedia contact page.
What to include
Whichever route you use:
- The account email, and the organization if you have more than one.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- The exact error text, copied rather than described.
- A timestamp, ideally in UTC.
- The public reference shown in SpaceMedia: release, track, ISRC, UPC, checkout, or payout.
- The help article you were following, if any.
Never send
Passwords, one-time codes, recovery codes, session cookies, API keys or secrets, bearer tokens, full card numbers, bank credentials, or identity documents through a public channel. SpaceMedia support will never ask for any of them.
Read Privacy and safe support information before attaching files or screenshots, since screenshots often contain more than intended.
