Help for businesses
Run a label or white-label music distribution platform on SpaceMedia Enterprise: launch, brand, manage catalog and teams, and pay artists.
This section is for SpaceMedia Enterprise organization administrators and permitted team members. What you can see and do depends on your role, your organization's add-ons, and the permissions granted to you, so a page described here may not appear in your dashboard.
If you are launching
Work in this order. Each step depends on the one before it.
- Enterprise onboarding to get the organization created and the trial started.
- Organization setup for the settings that gate everything else.
- Branding, domains, and email so the platform looks and sends as you.
- Teams and members to bring in the people who will run it.
- Launch checklist before you open registration.

Where the line sits
Your customers are yours. SpaceMedia operates the platform and handles delivery to stores, but your organization owns the relationship, the support, and the branding your users see. White-label boundary sets out exactly who is responsible for what, which matters the first time a customer escalates something.
Building an integration
This section is orientation. Contracts, endpoints, request and response examples, and error handling live at docs.spacemedia.uk. Start with API and webhooks to work out which of the two APIs you need, then move across.
