Organization setup
Set your SpaceMedia organization identity, registration behavior, customer-facing details, and operating ownership.
Organization setup decides what your customers see and what they can do. Several of these settings are hard to change once real users exist, so decide them deliberately.
Identity
Brand name, logo, commercial currency, and default label name. The currency is what you trade in with your customers, and the default label name is what releases fall back to when a customer sets none.
Registration behavior
The registration toggles decide whether anyone can sign up, or whether you create accounts yourself. Turn on only what you are ready to support: open registration means open support.
Customer-facing details
Support contacts, Terms of Services, and Privacy Policy are what your customers see and rely on. They must be yours, not SpaceMedia's, because from your customers' point of view they are dealing with you. See Support and privacy configuration.
Ownership inside your team
Decide who owns what before you invite anyone:
- Who can change brand settings.
- Who reviews and approves releases.
- Who sees financial data.
- Who answers customers.
Then grant roles that match, rather than making everyone an admin and narrowing later. See Members and roles.
What is locked before the trial starts
Until a card is authorized, most of the above is read-only and releases cannot be submitted. See Enterprise onboarding.
