Enterprise Smartlinks

Smartlinks are one-URL landing pages that route a listener to their own music service. The area requires the Smartlink add-on and view smartlinks.

Organization view

You can see and manage Smartlinks across the organization rather than for a single artist. Use it to check quality before your customers promote a link under your brand, and to help a customer who cannot work out why a store is missing from theirs.

The common support question

"A store is missing from my Smartlink." Almost always the release is not live there yet. Check delivery state first. A Smartlink can only link to what exists. See Delivery monitoring.

Analytics are link metrics

Views and clicks measure the link, not listening. A click means someone left for a store, not that they played anything, and these numbers will never reconcile with royalty reporting. Say so before a customer builds an expectation on it.
