SpaceMedia

Organization launch checklist

Verify your SpaceMedia platform end to end before inviting real customers, including the tests most operators skip.

Work through this before registration opens. Each item is something that is cheap now and expensive once a real customer hits it.

Trial and access

  • Card authorized and the 30-day trial started, so configuration is unlocked
  • Release submission confirmed working, not blocked by demo mode

Identity

  • Brand name, logo, and commercial currency set
  • Default label name set
  • Languages enabled for the markets you serve
  • Registration toggles set to what you are ready to support

Domain and email, verified for real

  • Custom domain verified and switched over
  • Sender email configured with verification, DKIM, and DMARC published
  • A real password reset sent to a fresh address on your own domain, and confirmed to arrive in the inbox rather than spam
  • A real notification email checked for correct branding and reply address

That email test is the single most valuable item here. Authentication that looks configured but is not means your customers never receive password resets, and you find out from complaints.

Commercial

  • Payment gateway connected and a real test transaction completed
  • Products, prices, and plans defined in Upgrades
  • Currency correct in what a customer actually sees at checkout
  • Terms of Services published, describing your business
  • Privacy Policy published, describing your data handling
  • Support contacts set to routes your team actually monitors
  • Support destination tested by sending yourself a request

Team

  • Staff invited with least-privilege roles
  • Someone owns release review, and knows they own it
  • Someone owns customer support, and knows they own it
  • Admin access limited to those who genuinely need it

End to end, as a customer

  • Register a fresh account on your own domain
  • Create and submit a test release as that customer
  • Approve it in Release Queue as your team
  • Confirm the emails that customer receives look right

Do this once, fully, before launch. It catches what per-setting checks miss.
