These three pages apply however you use SpaceMedia. They are written once here rather than duplicated per audience, so there is one answer rather than two that can drift apart.

Why these matter more than they look
Breaking the first two does not just affect one release. Rights problems and artificial streaming both put an entire catalog and its earnings at risk, and both are usually discovered after the money has already been reported.
The third protects you from the ordinary mistake of pasting a screenshot that contains more than you meant.
